1. Using Voca Note

Voca Note helps you create wordbooks and learn and review English vocabulary. Meanings and example sentences are provided as learning references and are not guaranteed to be accurate in every context or to produce a particular learning result.

2. App license and Apple Standard EULA

The iOS app downloaded from the App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Voca Note does not provide a separate custom EULA. Read Apple’s Standard EULA. This notice does not replace or modify Apple’s Standard EULA.

3. Current features and payments

Current features and content are free, with no advertising, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. If we introduce paid features or advertising, we will explain the price, features, and related data handling in the app and store before they take effect, and obtain any required consent.

4. Wordbooks and backups

Words, meanings, examples, groups, and learning records are stored on your device by default. We do not provide sign-in or automatic server synchronization. Supported Apple devices can use iCloud backup. Keep backups you create safely.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights in content that you enter or import. When adding content, make sure you have the necessary rights and comply with applicable law and third-party rights. Do not copy or resell the app, its character, or its design without permission. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

6. Changes and support

If material features or data handling change, we will provide notice in the app and related web documents and follow required procedures. Please use Support if you need help.
