How do I add a wordbook?
In Settings, select Import wordbook and paste prepared wordbook text. In the web version, you can also import a Google Docs link shared with “Anyone with the link.”
How do I use Copy prompt?
Select Copy prompt in Import wordbook to copy a request for an AI service. Paste it into the AI service you normally use, replace “(Enter your words here, separated by commas)” at the end with the English words you want to learn, and send it. Paste the result into Voca Note, review it, then select Create wordbook.
Where are words and learning records stored?
Wordbooks and learning records are stored on your device by default. Supported Apple devices can use iCloud backup. You can copy backup JSON in app Settings, or download a file in the web version.
How do I restore a backup?
Select Restore from pasted backup in Settings and paste JSON that you copied earlier. In the web version, you can choose a saved JSON file with Upload backup file.
How do I turn off analytics sharing?
Turn off Share usage analytics to improve Voca Note in Settings to stop future Firebase Analytics transmission. Turning it off on your device does not immediately delete analytics already sent to Google.
